8.3.5.3 Undervoltage on VSUP Fault

This internal flag is set when the voltage on VSUP drops below the undervoltage detection voltage threshold, UVVSUP. While this flag is not externally indicated, the PWRON and WAKERQ flags are set once the VSUP supply returns.
