4.2 UCD3138x Product Selection

The UCD3138x family have multiple devices to choose from. The main differences are the flash memory size and the number of pins. The UCD3138xA devices also provide enhanced parametrics such as Dead Time Control (DTC) by enabling Synchronous Rectification (SR). The flash memory and number of pins are shown for each available UCD3138x device in Table 4-1.
