Capacitor Sense Time Delay

The TPS3842 family of devices contain an adjustable reset time delay pin that control the time with which the reset pins assert after the pins reach the invalid condition. The user can adjust the configuration of this pin via the jumpers located at J4. Position USER of the header connects the pin to a unstuffed 0603 capacitor pad for the user to solder on a capacitor of choice. The capacitor values for these jumpers are labeled on the board and are also listed in Section 2.1.2 and have values of 100pF, 1nF, 0.1uF, 1uF and one with only a pad for user use. Please see the adjustable Sense Time Delay Configuration on the TPS3842 data sheet for more detailed information on user programming.
