Purpose: To make sure the Signal Amplitude Symmetry is within the specified bounds.

Pass Condition: The ratio of the positive peak to negative peak amplitudes needs to be within 2% or 0.98 ≤ |+VOUT| / |–VOUT| ≤ 1.02
