The analog front end (RF Transmitter) typically includes frequency conversion and signal conditioning at the output of the DAC. The mixer output is fed to a driver amplifier and followed by a power amplifier. There could be an array of transmitters to achieve beamforming or handle multiple bands simultaneously.
