Temperature Sensing

Temperature sensing plays a vital role in monitoring battery lifetime and proper operation. Figure 2-3 shows the temperature sensing circuitry. The TMP9R00-SP can locally monitor temperature ranging from –55°C to 125°C and remotely monitor temperature ranging from –55°C to 150°C. TMP9R00-SP can support eight remote channels with a combined maximum voltage of 6V. The temperature measurement is represented as a 12-bit digital code for both local and remote sensors
