5.1.4 Oscilloscope and Probe

The oscilloscope, analog or digital, must be set for AC-coupled measurement with 20-MHz bandwidth limiting. Use 20-mV/division vertical resolution and 1-µs/division horizontal resolution for output ripple voltage test.

Oscilloscope probes with exposed conductive ground barrels are recommended.
