Case 1: LDO with an NR filter but without CFF capacitance

Figure 2-3 shows the TPS7A20 [3]. The analysis uses Equation 5 and Equation 8 to calculate the turn-on time.

Equation 10 calculates the tau of an RC circuit using the 10% to 90% time measurement (t10%-90%). Use Equation 5, Equation 8, and Equation 10 to calculate tR for any regulation band requirement in Figure 1-1. The measured turn-on time for Figure 2-3 is 258.7µs which equates to τ = 117µs for the TPS7A20.
