TPS22916 ACTIVE 5.5-V, 2-A, 60-mΩ, 10-nA leakage load switch with output discharge

Isolation

Improve system safety with higher reliability isolation compared to electromechanical and traditional photorelay solutions. Using industry-leading capacitive and magnetic isolation technology, our solid-state relay (SSR) portfolio of isolated switches and drivers forms a complete isolated solid-state relay solution with no moving parts. Our SSRs completely integrate the power and signal transfer over an isolation barrier in a single chip reducing solution size and cost for automotive and industrial applications.
