Overview

Our integrated circuits and reference designs help you create compact server power supply units (PSUs) with 12-V output aimed to meet 80+ titanium standards.

Design requirements

Server PSU with 12-V output designs often require:

  • Higher efficiency (80+ titanium) across 20-80% load range with soft-switching, bridgeless PFC or GaN.
  • Compact size and high power density for data-center applications.
  • Digital solution with PMBus for scalability and connectivity.
